Terms and Conditions

Due to the current market and continuing cancellations from our clients we need to financially protect our business. Therefore we are forced to change our delivery and payment policy as followed:

1. All goods Pre-ordered items must be paid within 7 days after notification.
2. We only pay to our supplier when our clients pay for there order in full. not before. 
3. Delivery for goods will take up to 14 - 30 days after payment. (some are import products)

These general conditions apply to every offer of The Collectibles Store and any online agreement reached between The Collectibles Store and the opposing party.
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these general conditions apply, including these conditions, only applies to Belgium law.

All prices are in euro's, including tax and excluding shipping costs.

Shipping costs
For the shipment of the ordered items The Collectibles Store charges shipping costs.
Depending on the weight / volume, we will ship the order of the opposing party in an envelope or package. Different rates apply outside Belgium. 

If u order more than 1 item in 1 order. we only ship when all items have arrived. if u want items to be shipped seperatly additional transport cost apply.


Shippin prices are excl vat!

After ordering the opposing party receives a confirmation e-mail containing a summary of the order and the total costs, including shipping costs.

Each order will be delivered after payment. The opposing party may pay by bank transfer iDEAL,Bancontact or at pickup. Payments must be made within 7 days after the order date, after which order will be sent. During these days The Collectibles Store will reserve the ordered items for the opposing party. If the payment after this period has not been received, the item(s) will be released for sale again. Pre-order items  must be paid when the article is in stock.

4-3 The Collectibles Store sends a confirmation e-mail when the payment of the opposing party has been received.


For Pre-Order items we ask a deposit. When the deposit has arrived on our bank account we will reservate your Pre-order.

When ordering a Pre-Order you need to use the banktransfer button. You will get our bank details when completing the order.  You can transfer your deposit  (Bancontact, iDEAL)

All items will be handed over to Bpost within 7 working days after payment is received
If for some reason it is not possible to hand over the items to Bpost within 7 working days, The Collectibles Store will contact the opposing party by phone or e-mail. 
When the items are shipped The Collectibles Store will send an e-mail confirmation to the opposing party.
Bpost usually delivers the next day, if the delivery address in Belgium.

All items are available from our own stock or stock from several distributors. It is possible that an item is temporarily out of stock. Then the opposing party will immediately be informed.

If The Collectibles Store cannot or only partially fulfill the order within 30 days, the opposing party will be informed and has the opportunity to cancel the order free of costs. 
The Collectibles Store is not responsible for any excess delivery, loss or damage by Bpost.

The Collectibles Store is committed to deliver a perfect product. If, in any case, the opposing party is unsatisfied with (a part of) the order, then the opposing party can return these items free of costs within 14 days after receipt. 
We appreciate it if the opposing party notifies this by e-mail
After receiving the return The Collectibles Store will, within 30 days, make a refund to the bank account of the opposing party. Special order (pre orders) older than one month items the customer looses 20% of the total amount. The opposing party's costs for returning the item(s) will not be reimbursed or comenpsated.
If an ordered item does not fully meet the needs of the opposing party, it is always possible to be exchanged for an article of the same price. Exchange is based on shared shipping costs.
There will be no returns or exchanges if:
• the package or the item itself is damaged 
• the opposing party has not followed the instructions for use
• The product was on sale
6-6 If the opposing party (partly) got a wrong or damaged order, The Collectibles Store will arrange to send the right items.

All products in the assortment of The Collectibles Store meet the stringent requirements that these products must meet. The delivered items have properties that the opposing party would expect under normal use. Any complaints can be send by e-mail. The contents of this site is composed with the greatest care.The Collectibles Store.can not exclude that some information is incorrect and / or incomplete. 
The Collectibles Store is not responsible for typing, typesetting and printing errors making unintentional price differences are communicated. If this occurs then The Collectibles Store will adjust this as soon as possible.
The Collectibles Store cannot be held responsible for color variations due to the monitor quality of the opposing party.

Circumstances beyond our control
In cases of Circumstances beyond The Collectibles Store has the right, at its option, to suspend or cancel the execution of the order without judicial intervention by the opposing party and without being liable for any damages, unless unacceptable in accordance with standards, reasonableness and fairness.

Data Management
If you place an order with The Collectibles Store, your data will be included in the customer database of The Collectibles Store. The Collectibles Store abides by the Data Protection Act and will not share your information with others. See our Privacy Policy.The Collectibles Store respects the privacy of its users of the website and ensures confidentiality of your personal information.

In some cases The Collectibles Store uses a mailing list. Each mailing includes instructions for removing yourself from this list.

The Collectibles Store strives for customer satisfaction. If the opposing party has questions or complaints about The Collectibles Store or its products, please call or e-mail us.

Special offers

Special offers are without engagement, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

Upon acceptance of an offer by the buyer, The Collectibles Store reserves the right to revoke or deviate the offer within three working days of acceptance.

Verbal agreements are only valid after an explicit and written acknowledgment.

The Collectibles Store special offers do not automatically apply to reorders. Special offers items the customer looses 20% of the total amount upon cancellation.

The Collectibles Store cannot be held to its special offer if the opposing party should have understood that the offer, or any part thereof, contains an obvious mistake or error.

11.6 Additions, changes and / or further agreements are effective only if agreed in writing.

Sight term / right of withdrawal

If there is a consumer purchase, under the Act on Distance sales. the opposing party has the right to return (some of) the product(s) within a period of 14 days without reason. This period begins when the ordered products are delivered. If the opposing party has not returned the products to The Collectibles Store after this period, the purchase is a fact. The other party shall, before proceeding to return, within this period of 14 days mention this to the The Collectibles Store customer service. The opposing party must prove that the delivered goods are returned in time, for example through a proof of postal delivery. Returns of products must be in original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in new condition. If the goods are used by the opposing party, encumbered or otherwise have been damaged, the legal right to terminate the order expires. With regard to what is stipulated in the preceding sentence, The Collectibles Store shall ensure that within 30 days after exception of the return, the full purchase price including the shipping costs charged, will be refunded  to the opposing party. Returning the delivered products is the sole responsibility and risk of the opposing party.


The Collectibles Store guarantees that the delivered products meet the requirements of usability, reliability and durability as reasonably intended, and is therefore responsible for the manufacturer warranty of the product supplied to you. The warranty of The Collectibles Store matches the manufacturer's warranty period. The Collectibles Store is never responsible for the actual suitability of the products for each individual application by the opposing party, nor for any advice regarding the use or application of the products.

On promotions cancellations are not possible.
